For Australia's registered & enrolled nurses

Renew with AHPRA once. Why prove yourself at every job?

You're registered, screened, immunised and current. Yet every new health service, agency and aged-care shift makes you start the paperwork from scratch.

Be first in line for a credential that's finally yours. No spam — just launch news.

The mobile nurse's reality

Your registration travels. Your paperwork doesn't.

Nurses are the most mobile workforce in the country — moving between hospitals, agencies, residential aged care and the community. But every employer runs its own siloed system, and none of them talk to each other.

1

New employer, same forms

Upload the same registration, checks and immunisation history into yet another onboarding portal — often before your first shift.

2

It expires in their drawer

Your documents sit locked inside each employer's system. When you leave, you can't take any of it with you.

3

You chase your own evidence

Re-requesting serology, vaccination records and police checks — paying and waiting all over again for things you've already proven.

Let's clear something up

"Compliance" for a nurse isn't just AHPRA.

Registration is one item on a much longer list — and most of it is set by different bodies, in different states, on different clocks. This is everything you're actually expected to hold and keep current:

01 AHPRA / NMBA registration
Current general registration to use a protected title. Renewed annually (May–Jun) with a compliance declaration.
02 Verified qualifications & English
NMBA-approved Bachelor/Diploma; English standard (IELTS 7.0 or recognised pathway).
03 Right to work / visa
Work rights verified via VEVO before start and at intervals — re-checked, not once-off.
04 Police & criminal history
AHPRA criminal history check, plus a National Police Check most employers add on top.
05 Working With Children / Vulnerable People
WWCC in NSW/VIC/WA/SA, Blue Card in QLD, WWVP in ACT/TAS, Ochre Card in NT — each with its own validity.
06 Immunisation evidence
State & employer set this: Hep B, MMR, varicella, dTpa, TB assessment + annual influenza. Refusal can bar employment.
07 CPD & recency of practice
Min. 20 hrs CPD/year, documented; recency of 450 hrs/3 yrs or 750 hrs/5 yrs.
08 Professional indemnity insurance
Appropriate PII to practise, declared at every annual renewal.

Eight moving parts. Different issuers, different states, different expiry dates — and you're the only person tracking all of them. Today that proof lives in eight places. It should live in one. Yours.

What the silos cost you

Time you're not paid for. Money you shouldn't spend. Risk you shouldn't carry.

Time

Hours of unpaid onboarding admin every time you pick up a new contract, agency or shift — re-uploading what you've already submitted a dozen times.

Cost

Paying again for checks, records and certificates you already hold, simply because the last employer's system won't release them to you.

Risk

One expired item you didn't get reminded about can pull you off the roster. The liability sits with you — but the system that tracks it doesn't belong to you.

A better way to carry it

What if your compliance worked like a passport — not an employer login?

1

A passport, not a payroll system

One mobile credential that holds your registration, checks, immunisations and CPD — and travels with you from job to job, agency to agency, state to state.

2

Owned by you

Not your employer's. Not a peak body's. Yours. The record stays with you when you leave, change agencies, or move interstate — because it was always yours.

3

You control who sees it

Connect a new employer in seconds to share verified proof. Disconnect them the day you finish. You decide who has access, and for how long.

How it would work

Prove it once. Share it instantly. Take it everywhere.

01

Build your passport once

Your registration, checks, immunisation evidence, CPD and insurance — verified and held in one place you own.

02

Connect an employer

Starting somewhere new? Grant secure, verified access in seconds. No re-uploading, no waiting on documents.

03

Stay current automatically

See every expiry in one view and get reminded before anything lapses — so you're never pulled off a shift by surprise.

04

Disconnect when you leave

Finished the contract? Switch off their access. Your evidence stays with you, ready for whoever's next.
